During a March 8 White House COVID-19 Response Team briefing, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, MD, announced updated guidelines from the CDC on what fully vaccinated people can do now. Now, the CDC has ruled that people who have received the COVID vaccine are exempt from having to quarantine if they’re exposed to someone with a suspected or confirmed COVID case.
